Abstract Submission 2024

Only conference registrants can submit an abstract for the SWAA 2024 Conference, which will be held March 29-30. Register first so you can receive an email that has a link for all abstract submissions.

All sessions will have a five participant limit. Undergraduates are not eligible to be lead organizers of Organized Sessions. Papers and posters submitted by undergraduate students will be considered for inclusion only if they are based on research already conducted. Additionally, undergraduate papers must be either (a) submitted as part of an organized session that is chaired by a faculty member; or (b) submitted as part of the Sydney Story Student Paper Competition. Undergraduate submissions require the name and email address of a faculty sponsor. Papers accepted into the program are eligible for inclusion in the conference Proceedings. You will have the following options for abstract submission:

  • Organized Session (Paper/Salon/Roundtable) – for organizer use only
  • Individual Presentation/Paper – also used for submitting to an organized session
  • Poster
  • Film/Media/Podcast
