Submission Deadline

Entries for the Student Paper Competition must be submitted by 11:59 PM PST on Sunday, March 7, 2027.

Faculty Sponsor Requirement

Student submissions must include the name and email address of a faculty sponsor.

Conference Proceedings

Papers accepted into the conference program may be eligible for inclusion in the SWAA Conference Proceedings. If you are interested in this option, please consult the Proceedings Author Guidelines for more information.
