Registration Policies Refund requests for conference registration and Saturday Guest Speaker Plenary tickets received by 11:59 PM, Sunday, March 1, 2027 are eligible for a 90% refund. A 10% administrative fee will be retained. Refund requests received after 11:59 PM, Sunday, March 1, 2027, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Conference registration will remain available on-site during the conference, subject to availability. Saturday Guest Speaker Plenary tickets may also be available on-site if space permits.
